Physical Fitness/Exercise Class at Doyle Jones Community Center (formerly CCLC)
Mondays – 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Saturdays – 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
Regular physical activity/exercise can help with the following but not limited to:
- High Blood Pressure
- Non Insulin Dependent Diabetes
- Improve blood flow
- Improvement of muscle tone
- Self esteem
- Stress Management
For I can do everything through Christ who gives me strength (Phillipians 4:13, NLT).
