Physical Fitness/Exercise Class at Doyle Jones Community Center (formerly CCLC)
Mondays – 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Saturdays – 11:00 am to 12:00 pm

Regular physical activity/exercise can help with the following but not limited to:

  • High Blood Pressure
  • Obesity
  • Flexibility
  • Non Insulin Dependent Diabetes
  • Improve blood flow
  • Improvement of muscle tone
  • Self esteem
  • Stress Management
